Products
- We suggest letting us know as soon as possible, no matter how far in advance, to make sure you get your preferred date and time reserved. Generally, we ask that custom orders be placed at least 2-weeks in advance to give our team adequate time to create something awesome for you!
- If you have a last minute request within the same week of your party, we still may be able to accommodate you! Please fill out the *custom order form* to its entirety and we will let you know our availability based on your answers. Flexibility with delivery date and time frame may help us squeeze you in.
- For gender reveal BABs, we can take your order now and accept the gender results 24 hours prior to delivery.
Regardless of tassel length, all of our BABs stand approximately 8-feet tall (5-foot ribbon + BAB). Please see our pricing diagram to see what works for you! Also note that the ribbon can be shortened for table toppers.

Most of our products don’t experience problems but we want to make sure we inform you how to best maintain your BABs item outdoors, as heat, direct sunlight and wind are not ideal!
Direct Sunlight/Heat:We recommend placing the BABs in shaded areas, as direct sunlight for short periods of time can cause BABs to expand beyond their limits and pop. We don’t recommend they stay outside in direct sunlight for more than 30 minutes if the weather is over 80 degrees or with no cloud coverage. If left outside, clear confetti BABs can turn cloudy thanks to humidity and science. Darker balloon colors soak up the heat more so you may want to consider lighter colors.
Wind:Our BAB weights are not made to withstand medium to strong winds. If left unattended, the BABs can potentially fall off tables or structures they are placed on if not tied down to a permanent object. We will take precaution by double tying our weights but recommend you have additional weigh-down options on hand. We’ve seen customers use pails with sand, bricks, sandbags, etc. to prevent mid-party mishaps. If your party is in a grassy area with soft enough ground, we can provide you with one stake per BAB if you would like, just let us know!
Adhesives:For outdoor garland installs we will need to use an alternate tape with stronger adhesive, such as gorilla tape, to adhere your garland in place. Please be aware that there is risk of paint removal with this type of adhesive, but if removed slowly and carefully, you shouldn’t have any problems. If given permission to use a stronger adhesive prior to installation, we will not be responsible if any paint or building exterior is damaged in any way.
PLEASE NOTE:We will be unable to provide any refunds if any balloons pop after we deliver them safely to your event.
Our BABs are made out of 100% latex and naturally shrink overnight. We recommend getting your confetti BABs delivered the day of your event to prevent any premature casualties and uh-ohs. If you ordered custom vinyl, this looks best the day of your event because it will wrinkle as the BAB shrinks.
Confetti BABs generally stay afloat for 24 hours, but cannot be guaranteed as it depends on how they are stored (temperature and humidity) and how much weight is hung from them. Non-Confetti/Solid Color BABs can last 2-4 days as there is a special solution inside that prevents the helium from seeping out! This solution cannot be used with confetti BABs because it will ruin the confetti.
We cannot guarantee your BABs will last after our team leaves the venue... We ask that if you must move the balloons, follow your standard balloon protocols – stay away from all sharp, hot things and little people haha! But really, you never know what‘s sticking out of a nice, clean wall so try not to let them bounce off of anything, especially brick, wood, hot cars, trees, grass, etc.

- Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan on canceling or changing your order. Chances are that things will work out, but we just need enough notice.
- Full Refund -A full refund to the original form of payment can be issued if orders are cancelled at least 4-days prior to your scheduled delivery date.
- Partial Refund -If you are canceling within1-3 days of your scheduled delivery date, you will receive the full delivery fee and 80% of the items’ purchase price to the original form of payment. Subject to change depending on how much has been prepared for your order.
- Pickup from our studio: If your balloon pops in transit to your event, we are not responsible and do not provide refunds. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are no sharp objects in your vehicle that may pop or damage your balloon(s) in any way. Please see our Pickup Policy for more details.
- Local delivery: If you or your recipient is home and accepts the balloon(s) from us and the balloon(s) pop, fly away, or are stolen after we leave, we are not responsible or liable for them and do not provide refunds. If you would like to purchase a replacement, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we would be available and will make it in time, but if we can, we will. If we pop your balloon prior to arrival or while we are still at the delivery location,it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be supplied if we cannot get you a replacement in time. Yes! You must order through our custom order form and attach your images for us to review.
We typically use 3M adhesive hooks to secure your garlands in place. This is successful with most smooth surfaces and will not remove any paint or material from the wall. However, depending on the surface and wall textures, these hooks may not stick and we will need to use an alternate tape with stronger adhesive, such as gorilla tape, to adhere your garland in place. We will always ask for your approval first. Please be aware that there is risk of paint removal with this type of adhesive, but if removed slowly and carefully, you shouldn’t have any problems. If given permission to use a stronger adhesive, we will not be responsible if any paint or building exterior is damaged in any way.
If this is a gift and you would like us to deliver without a prior phone call made to the recipient so that it is a surprise, we can do so only if you confirm someone will be home to receive the balloons. Please indicate this is a surprise in your checkout notes and confirm someone will be home within the delivery time frame you select.
Shipping
Yes, your package will include detailed instructions on how to inflate and assemble your BAB.

We recommend lowering the BAB to eye-level and place the middle line on first.
Production begins 3 days after your order is place and you will receive your order 7 to 10 business days following that. However, expedited shipping is available, so don’t hesitate to send in a last minute request!
Most local party stores and the floral department in grocery stores have helium. Make sure you have space in your car for these! We can typically fit two in the back seats of a large sedan and three in the back of a SUV. We DO NOT recommend BABs sit in the passengers seat!
Delivery
Our normal delivery range is within 20 miles of 77007 (Houston), 75093 (Dallas) and 30030 (Atlanta). However, we can accommodate parties that are further away for a small fee. If the venue is further than 20 miles, there will be an additional fee.
If you are in Houston, Dallas, or Atlanta and have selected Local Delivery, YES! Most small to medium orders are delivered inflated, fully assembled, and ready to party! Medium to large orders may require inflation and installation on-site.
We bring your garland to your doorstep and hand it off to you to bring inside. We will provide you with adhesive hooks, string, and instructions on how to hang the garland yourself.
Full-Install:We will install and fully secure your garland for you and ensure it looks perfect before leaving your house/venue.

- This is typically what you can expect to fit in certain vehicles but be aware that there are some exceptions. In general, plan to come in the largest car possible for your scheduled pickup! Free of car seats, boxes, or any large items that take up space where you balloons may sit.

Let us know the day, time and address of your event and we will bring the BABs to you! If it is not a surprise gift, we inflate on-site when there are more than three BABs within the time frame agreed upon*. All we need is an outlet and some space to work!
*depending on the complexity of your order, installations can range from 30 minutes to 3+ hours, so plan accordingly.
